Gift in Wills
A gift in your Will is one of the most powerful ways you can help ensure that the values and vision of the Presentation Sisters live on for generations to come. After providing for your loved ones, even a small portion of what remains, known as a residuary gift, can make a lasting difference in the lives of young people. Your generosity will help open doors to a Presentation education for students who may not otherwise have the opportunity to flourish.
If you have chosen to remember the Iona Presentation Foundation in your Will, we would love to hear from you. Sharing your intentions with us helps ensure that your wishes are understood and recorded for the future. It also allows us to thank you personally and should you wish, will enable us to include you in our community of supporters who are shaping a brighter future through their legacy of faith and generosity.
Letting us know is not legally binding and carries no obligation. The details you share are taken entirely in confidence, and your decision may be changed at any time should your circumstances change. When you tell us:

If you would like to leave a lasting legacy by including a gift to the Iona Presentation Foundation in your Will, the following wording may be helpful for you and your solicitor. We recommend seeking professional legal advice to ensure your wishes are properly reflected.
“I give to the Iona Presentation Foundation (ABN 72 677 084 856) [state the amount / percentage or share/ residue or assets to be gifted] free of all duties and taxes. I declare that the receipt of its Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my executor(s).”
